What do I do if I receive a defective product? (Contact us first for instructions)
If you have a defective appliance, it must be returned to the manufacturer, therefore be sure to fill out any warranty information and keep a copy of your original receipt. See Manufacturer Contact information below.

Do you sell items that are Not Returnable?
Yes, we do not accept returns of the following items:
**La-Braziliana Keratin Hair Products **Terraderma Skin Care Products
Note: All Sales final on La-Braziliana Keratin Treatment hair products.
What to do if I receive a Wrong or Missing Items?
If you received the wrong item, missing an iten or an item you didn't order, visit our contact us page to initiate a return.
Can you provide a Missing Packing Slip or Invoice?
If you didn't receive a packing slip that should have been included with your shipment. Please call to request a faxes or email copy of your invoice.
Acceptable eligible returns within 15 days of customer receiving order.
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit our contact us page or call customer service to request a replacement.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact customer service (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Original Shipping Costs are non-refundable.
We'll also pay the standard return shipping costs, charge no restocking fees and accept items if the return is a result of our error.
We issue refunds in the same way the customer originally paid. *Undeliverable & Refused Packages*
Any order returned to our facility without previous authorization from melsbeautysupply.com (ie. unauthorized returns, refused packages, incorrect
address, UPS undeliverable package return etc...) will be treated as a return.
Order will be canceled and all fees (including but not limited to additional shipping costs and/or re-stocking fees Will Apply.)
If
a delivery is refused for any reason, or considered undeliverable you
will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra
shipping charges. Please proofread your order before finalizing.
